Sourdough bread baking classes at Trafalgar, West Gippsland.
Spend the day learning the craft of making delicious, sourdough bread using only flour, water and salt. This is a hands on workshop that covers all elements and steps you need to get started and succeed! Take home bread you have shaped and baked and dough you make in class to bake at home. Detailed notes and ongoing support for participants. Class covers starters, schedules to fit in with daily life, making the most of your oven, different flours, problem solving and many other aspects. Maree is a trained ‘trainer’ so can teach as well as bake wonderful sourdough. Small classes with a maximum of 6 participants, $150.00 (Plus Booking Fee) for the day.
