Introduction to Sourdough Bread Making classes are now set for the first part of 2018 and full details are available on my Simply Sourdough Trafalgar Facebook Page. I am always happy to create a special day for groups of friends (min 4), for enquiries please contact me directly. My classes are hands on, cover a multitude of sourdough concepts, look at different flours, different methods and I aim to make sure you succeed. Full after class support offered and class can be tailor designed if you have special dietary requirements (NOT gluten free), I give you options for managing to bake to fit in with your daily lifestyle and in an everyday oven.
